Here's the start of a new thread.
I think I eat way too much meat. I haven't clicked on the links yet in your previous post, but I know I need to change the way I eat. I have always been interested in the vegetarian diet, but I like meat ! LOL It seems that the veg. diet doesn't provide enough as far as vitamins and minerals go. (That's just my old way of thinking though...) I don't know if I could cut out meat entirely (especially if I smell bacon cooking LOL.....). I will click on the links in the previous post and get some ideas. Have you pretty much always been a vegetarian ? Do you eat eggs, cheese and drink milk ? Or are you vegan ?
