whenever i have anxiety i always have this fear of being bipolar. sometimes i think i am bipolar, because i will be fine for a wekk and the next week i will have anxiety, be a little more touchy and emotional and stuff, but mainly my anxiety is just sky high. any suggestions to deal with this?

Hello Curt its just your negative thinking trying to scare you.
If you have the program, take it out and start on lesson 3 Negative thinking.
Many of us have had the same thoughts.

I agree. Don't too caught up in the label, or diagnosis. It's anxiety whatever trappings it's wearing that day. The program will adress it all.
