Hi Everyone!

I am on Lesson 13 and I am feeling a LOT better. WIthout the program I believe that I would have
been SO much worse and probably wouldn't be able to cope with my anxiety symptoms.

However, I am about to make a life(lifestyle)changing decision that is causing me a LOT of anxiety. My body symptoms are back in full force. :( I have been working thru my symptoms
but PMS on top of it isn't really helping :(

I have been doing a lot of deep breathing, and journaling my thoughts which are getting to obsessive levels with worry.

But I know I have to do what is necessary to get me to my goal. I have to make the next step or i will be 'stuck' with anxiety & regret forever.

Please...Any positive thoughts and other helpful techniques would be SO appreciated as I face the ugly anxiety monster. Thank YOU!!!!!

I too have been having a hard time with my anxiety and have had PMS and it is very difficult. Just remember that it is only THOUGHTS and that it is not the truth and that everything will be okay! You can get through this and at times it may seem impossible but you have made it this far! I have to remind myself of that every day numerous times! I hope that you can get some relief and stay strong. Just THOUGHTS remember that!
