Is there a link between them? Because when I declutter, organize and clean I always feel so good later on.

Thoughts....

Clutter is not good for me. I feel more relaxed when I don't have to struggle to find stuff.

Yes yes me too. Why does clutter follow us around?

They say it's the second law of thermodynamics - that order goes to disorder. And it's a constant upkeep.

Kind of like anxiety and depression, constant upkeep. I'm on a roll of happiness 'at the moment' but I know it won't be that way forever. I'm practicing lowering my expectations. I will have bad days, and I will have to 'clean out the clutter'.

I did a deep cleaning of my desk in expectation of somebody coming to my house to give me some training, well I found lots of pictures and an uplifting note that a dear friend sent me when I was down many months ago. I remember saving it but I stuck it in a pile. Now I proudly put it on my wall with pictures of my family.

This is what the note said:

You are a wonderful mom, a fabulous wife and a beautiful young lady! It's a pleasure to know someone like you!

Take the compliments today and ride high with them. You deserve it!

So just for today, do not be angry, do not worry, be thankful for your many blessings and be kind to others...that's my morning mantra that I go by everyday - just through I would take the liberty to add that.

You are the best! <IMG SRC="http://www.mysmiley.net/imgs/smile/party/party0011.gif">
