affirmation tape

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone knows which tape is full of positive affirmation - as Lucinda stated. I had Lucinda's old tapes - lost them somehow - and on the back of one of the tapes was a list of positive affirmations.
For example - "I like myself - I'm working hard to impreove myself - etc" - I would love to have help finding them.

Hi Gerri,

It is the "Obsessive, scary thought" one. It is at the end. I have the CD--I am not sure which number though.
