Endorphines are endogenous opioid polypeptide compounds. They are produced by the pituitary gland and the hypothalamus in vertebrates during strenuous exercise,[1] excitement, pain [2][3] and they resemble the opiates in their abilities to produce analgesia and a sense of well-being. Endorphines have also been shown to be released in profound relaxation in a float tank.[4] Endorphines work as "natural pain relievers." Like the terminology explain, this type on natural compounds we all have it with in the Human body. They are most released when we do exercise. I have been exercise for some time now,I do a lot of cardio swimming,walking,running,aerobic,yoga,palladie. After every session I do feel a lot better, more relaxed,happier,positive in my thoughts.I would like to shout a thought out there, get in a exercise routine, cosult your doctor first an then get in a slow routine an work your way up. Exercise it can only help, it good for the body an the soul. I hope this can help an motivade. God bless
