What kind of computer work do you do? Maybe if got up from your chair every hour for ten minutes you would not get so anxious.

I just want you to know that this is competely normal. At least normal for those of us that are lucky (lol) enough to have anxiety. I have had the feeling like I am falling or going to pass out many times but nothing ever happens. I think that sometimes this is just due to the fact that we tend to not breath deeply enough because we are always so uptight. Please know that this is just another symptom of anxiety. Everything is fine. Don't give your anxiety more power by being afraid of your body symptoms! I hope this helps. Take care!

Hi! I just wanted to tell you that it is probably a symptom of anxiety i used to feel as if my ears were always ringing or my body was twisted when I lay down but not being afraid saying this is just anxiety will help because thats all it is! Remember Fear stands for False Evidence Appearing Real! Good luck! God bless you!
