I am a 44 male who has suffered with Anxiety since I was 7-8 years old. Over the past couple of years when I start to get Anxiety or Panic attacks I have been getting an uncontrolled twitching in my stomach. This has been getting worse and worse, but today I got it while I was driving and had my 10 year old niece in the Car. I could not control the car so I pulled over every so often and told her I felt like throwing-up. I could not tell her the truth. I have more on this subject, but for now I really would like to hear some comments.
God Bless All, Tony

Not an uncommon symptom of anxiety/panic. Maybe, like me, when you are anxious, you subconsciously contract your abdominal muscles, thus leading to stress/strain, and muscle spasms of the abdomen?
I have had this problem, and it is usually followed by repeated trips to the restroom.
Hope this helps.
