I have been getting terrible headaches for the past two days. It is always above my right eye. I have taken 800 mg to stop the throbbing feeling. I am taking a beta blocker, I get anxious about it and I feel like I need to see my fam dr. Has anyone experience this? Or is this stress related?

Any chance it's a sinus infection? If you push on it, does it go away or make you feel "pressure" anywhere on your face?
Sometimes they can sneak up on you...especially during the winter with dry air. Steam will help, as will those salt water nose sprays, and Mucinex should get it to drain. If it is a sinus infection, you'll probably have bad breath for awhile, and post-nasal drip when it does drain.

When I get migraine headaches it is right over either the left or right eye. It last up to 3 days.

I get very similar headaches above my eyes when I am really stressed and drained. Sometimes another one of my symptoms is feeling lightheaded.
I take an anti-inflammatory and sometimes dab a little vapor-rub on my temple and it really alleviates it.
But if you are concerned it couldn't hurt to see your doctor.
