Hello everyone, I lost my carry-along cards for the first 2 weeks, could anyone let me know what's on them?

My mom borrowed my program and she misplased a few cards, I believe she just contacted Stress Center and they sent her some new ones, I am not sure if there was a charge or not.

yes here is what is on them
card 1: Anxiety: Symptoms,Causes and Common Fears (side one)
I can't change the past
I can change my attitude
I can change my present
This condition is temporary
Knowledge is power
I am intelligent,creative and capable
I am open to learning new skills
I am proud of myself for the changes I am making this week.
It's just anxiety
Week 2 has the six steps to end panic attacks on one side ( It's OK to be anxious. I'm OK. Body symptoms are uncomfortable, but there is no danger, I have tools to control panic. It's OK to relax now. It always passes, etc...) and then Dealing with panicky feelings(side 2) which is the same as pg 2-5 in the guide book.
