My throat always feels like its closing up! I want to meditate and relax but it's really hard to do when all my focus is on how awful and constricted I feel in my throat and chest I think this is common but it really sucks Does anyone have any suggestion as to how to de-constrict the throat/chest area??

Yes...Lower that anxiety level!!!!

This is not dangerous, at all...It is very common....

I suggest you go to a thread I posted in the General Comments section of this forum...
It is called "A Typical Panic Attack"...
Watch this, and I think it will make you feel much better!!!!
