Well, the last few days have been a roller coaster for me. We are in teh final stages of selling the house and are moving out this weekend to live with my dad for a few weeks before leaving for Florida. I gave my notice at work this week. I have been having really bad hypchondriasis, dizziness, and spaciness this past week. Last night I thought I was really going to lose it and just crack under all this pressure. Just looking for support to get me through the next few weeks---is all this normal or is there really something wrong with me??

sure its normal, especially for us with anxiety and depression.a major move or event will always get us going.the anticipation, projection of is this going to all be okay.you know what,it is going to be okay,i live in florida, and you have something to look very forward too.the warm weather, the beaches, the scenery.use the relaxation tapes constantly until the move, use your 2-4 breathing techniques, and keep posting, remember your close too something that can be a nice adventure for you,and our minds trained so long for negative behavior will try to side track us.dont let it happen, there only thoughts.enjoy this, its a good thing.

It's normal, labourg. You've got a lot on your plate right now. Remember to take things one at a time and try not to focus on everything together. Otherwise, you'll work yourself up in anxiety and stress. Remember, we're here...
