All I can say is WOW! For about a week now I have been getting 5+ hours of what I think is sleep! I have been running on 2-3 hours a night for 5-7 years and I think I am starting to sleep!!! IF I am really sleeping more then why am I so friggin tired? Is it true that you CAN catch up on sleep? If it is I'll change my name to Rip VAn Winkle. If you wonder if this program helps I'm here to tell you that it does!! I had one of those symptoms of waking up early no matter when I went to bed. Sleep, SLeep, SLEEP!!!
