Hello Gups
Congrats on doing week 1! And week 2 is a good session as well and when you get to session 3 you will hear some very helpful things. Patience will be needed for sure though. We didn't get this way over night and we can't necessarily fix it overnight. Give yourself lots of TLC and care like you would your best friend, you will need to be your own best friend now :D
Take lots of notes in your book and journal and you will see that helps alot too.
Take care and hang in there
:)

I am presently having a panic attack. I am having spine surgery April 7 at Georgetown University Hospital in DC.
I was all possitive about it until a came across an article onthe Net that spells out all the bad things that could go wrong. I am litrally scared to death and sick to my stomach.. I am presently going through the program and was making great headway until this. I have been telling myself not to worry so much. But my stomach and chest are getting tighter and tighter. I can't sleep. I took action instead of sitting here worrying. I wrote a letter to my doctor voicing my concerns. I hope he doesn't think I am a loonatic and refuse to operate on me. I have only met with him once in November. He is over 200 miles away, so I can't just get in the car and go. As I am writing this, I am calming down and defusing. I will call later today and hopefully get some help. I will let them know the letter is on its way. Yes I am a Born Again Christian and very faithful to God. I have asked His help in this.
