Hi everyone, I was just wondering if anyone eles tends to worry about family members all the time. A lot of the time my negative thinking is related to someone close to me. I have definately been using positive thoughts to help me realize that sometimes my thinking is not realistic. I am happy I have started the program and hope to be a happier person because of it.

Howdy Mams,
Welcome a board the fast train to recovery! I have those same kind of thoughts about family and friends. There isnt much more you can do than to think that once you get "fixed" those thoughts will still be there about others BUT will be happy thoughts. This program will help a great deal.
Welcoome and enjoy!

yes, been there done that, still do it sometimes!I realize it was usually with people I was very close to or had a close bond. The thought of something happening to them made me very anxious. I found what helped was realizing that there were also other people in my life to turn to and that I AM okay on my own. The program should help you a great deal.
