Tina,
I used to wake up life this. My feet would generally sweat. If you take a look at the discussion on what anxiety looks like, you will see a list of symptoms and what you might expect.
Do you have the program? I hope to purchase it on Friday. Come in the online chat sometimes and get some of your quick questions answered. You will find some very supportive people here. You are not alone and my story is like many others you will find on this site. I have been having anxiety since Dec 09. What happen to trigger the anxiety or panic attacks? I am here to listen!!!

Madimac,
While I was driving, I once hit and killed an intoxicated pedestrian, who was jay walking. I think that is when it all started. Now I am afraid to drive four years later. It was triggered when I saw a dog get run over by another car recently. I am borrowing the tapes froom the Lccinda Bassette program from someone. Is that the program you were referring to? Where would I find the anxiety discussion? I am new to this website. I have been having severe panic attacks for aboout two or 3 weeks. I have had anxiety before this, though. Thank you for listening.I'll try to find you on the onine chat. Has your anxiety improved at all since Dec.'09?

tinabeati,
sounds like ptsd to me. you need more than just tapes. you need a professional therapist.
