has anyone ordered these vitamins? do they help? any side affects? i am wanting to take them but scared too. part of my anxiety i presume.

I began taking the vitamins June 1st and I feel fine. No side effects whatsoever. I know what you mean about being scared - that was me as well, but I just trusted in Lucinda and took the vitamins without thinking of the negative. I made it fine!!

Do these good day vitamins cause any problems if you are taking an SSRI (i.e. Sertraline)? One of the ingredients says it boosts serotonin which is also what the SSRI is kind of supposed to do; just wondering.
