I'm really learning alot about myself on lesson 4 about expectations. now I can see why I experience anxiety and experience depression. I CAn change though and that's the good news. I can learn to lower my expectations of myself and my world. I can learn to be kind and compassionate to myself.
now just to learn to put these things into practice and experience Freedom. any suggestions from those who've gone thru?
