Stress Center Peer Support

Hello All! It has been an extremely long time since I've been on here. I have a question. I went through the program in 2006. I'm doing so much better but still struggle with social anxiety and standing up in front of others. I wanted to "polish" my skills up and go through the program again. Have they changed the program at all? In other words, I have the 2006 version, would I benefit from buying the 2009 version? A few of my cds are very scratched and don't play so I didn't know if I could reorder single cds? Thanks for any help you can provide!

Hi there. Ya know, I went through the program the 1st time when they still had cassettes only! And to tell the truth it's almost exactly the same as it was then! I found I still knew the cd's almost word for word!LOL I bought it again because my daughter destroyed most of the tapes when she was little. I definatley would not suggest getting another set!!

If I were you I wouldn't reorder the program since they haven't changed much, if anything, since then. I would call StressCenter and ask if they could replace or if you could order the discs that you have that don't play.
