Anyone experience a feeling that they cant get enough air been feeling like this for a few days now its really scaring me. Went 2 doc had my sats done was normal. Dont know whats wrong wih me so scared.

I get it often when I'm anxious. If I'm low on the panic scale, say 1 to 4, the deep breathing exercises help me. Midway through the panic scale, say 5 to 6, exercise helps. If I'm way up, say 7 to 10, I just have to distract myself with other things. Once I stop paying attention to the feeling, it tends to go away. The good news is that regardless of how your feeling, this can't hurt you. It's just anxiety.

What you're experiencing is common. I, as well as many others here, have had the same situation. Work on breathing exercises if you have program. If not, go to a local library. They must have some sort of breathing, meditation CD you can check out.
