As I said in my first post, this is my second time trying the program after a half-hearted first. But, one thing seems different....these forums. When I was here before it seemed like there was a lot more encouragement. Now it seems like the same people's posts get read while the rest are ignored. It just doesn't seem as supportive as before. Maybe I just hit it on a bad weekend, but so far I'm not impressed with the "discussion" here.

I feel the same way. I don't know if there's less encouragement, but I think there is overall less activity.

I agree. There is less activity here. I've been using these forums for 3 years or so and they are much less active now than they used to be.

Jason, by the way, I read a bit of your blog and I wanted to give you a pat on the back for going out to dinner! That is a huge accomplishment and I hope you are really proud of yourself! It can only get better from here :)

This forum is totally different. The look of it, you can't see who's online (I loved that), the support and the responses seems scarce. The site was so much more helpful, the way it was before.

It does seem to be different now. I thought it was a good idea when the last five active topics were posted at the top so that people could see what was current and active. Now it seems there is too much stuff to sift through. The questions and responses at one time seemed to be more related to the actual sessions from the program. I also miss seeing Carolyn's reply to some of these topics- It was very helpful and kept people on track with the program.

hey guys, im new,and on session five, and i agree, there is a lot to sift through,i like too keep it current and post what im going through, and then i get side tracked going down the list, and i get disgusted with it at times, its like overkill.sometimes i dont even post, but im wrong, because its like an aa meeting, people in aa will let you down, but aa will never let you down.kind of the premise of the program,it will never let us down.there only things for me to pick on. keep posting guys.
