Stress Center Peer Support

I just found out about The Stress Center.....I'm mexican living in Michigan and I still don't know if is going to help me.

I've been with this [img]mood%20and%20health[/img] problems since I remember....I was married for 6 years and I have a son now he's eight y.o.

Last year I got worst, eating problems, feeling sick and pain in my stomach, panics, depression, all together.
I expend a lot of money in medical bills, got tested for cancer in my stomac (always have a pain in my left side), ulcers, colon cancer, parasits, acid reflux....I don't know whaT else, BUT EVERITHING WAS NEGATIVE...DON'T HAVE ANY SICKNESS AT ALL....and I'm taking Xanax and Prilosec....that help me for a few hours....I feel like half living my life...lost my wife, my son, I can follow my career...like a builder, I can't focus feeling sick..... I just needed to post it and have some feedback...THANKS....

Please don't give up hope as many have struggled with what you have gone through and made it through to freedom. I am one of those who has been through many problems with anxiety including many, many physical symptoms and I am much better now.

Look through various postings and you will find that you are not alone. And there is hope. If you don't have the program, I would encourage you to get it.

Llego a un lugar donde va a encontrar mucha ayuda. Todos nos entendemos muy bien. Yo eh sufrido de anciedad y ataques de panico. Pero con la ayuda del programa Attacando la ancieda y depression, logre encontrar ayuda para controlar mi vida.

Si ay cura con terapia y el amor de la familia. No pierda la fe hermano.
