I was reading an article in a magazine today that kind of got me mad. It read: "brew yourself a cup of java because caffeine increases levels of the feel-good hormones serotonin and dopamine, making it a natural antidepressant!" Is that a crock of crap or what? Of course they didn't post the part of the after effects of a cup of coffee like the crash u have after that so called caffeine high. :mad: I just hope people don't believe everything they read

i read that also! that might be fine if you don't have anxiety but I'm gonna stick with Lucinda on this one.

Anxiety and caffeine is a big NO NO for me. i had panic attack everytime I had coffee or something with caffeine in it..
