So, I have been having anxious episodes for almost the last week. I try to remember my breathing techniques, but at times I find myself feeding my fears instead. I start to feel down because I still have these anxious episodes and then I start to panic/worry about being sad. Does anyone ever experience this?

My anxious episodes are at an all time high!! It is important to try and remember that these thoughts can't hurt you and to let time pass. It is hard and frustrating and don't expect recovery overnight--because that is what I always want!! Good luck and keep up with using your techniques--it will get easier and better every day!!

It's definitely hard work and constant at that. Keep working the techniques so that they become natural to you. Unfortunately, we're wired a little different that makes us prone to anxiety/panic/depression. As labourg states, it's not an overnight thing with us. With work, peace and tranquility is on the horizon tough...

I woke up this morning feeling shakey inside and I could feel panic attack coming on I started breathing exercise and I started talking to myself in positive ways. I went and worked out on treadmill. Then it passed thank God. I hate these feelings I am fixing to began session 3 tomorrow.
