Hi labourg. Today started tought for me as well. Keep in mind that you are ok. It's just stress and anxiety. Use your breathing technique and try and relax yourself. You do have a lot going on and need to focus on one thing at a time. You're not alone in this. Just breathe deep and focus. You'll be ok.

Hey there...
I just wanted to write and try to give you a little encouragement. I was feeling the same way earlier this morning and then I remembered all of you guys on here and how helpful you've been to me. I started thinking about all the good things people have said and suggested and started remembering that I'm OK and I'm only going to get better. Now, I'm still a little dizzy and spacey, but I'm pressing on.
Press on, friend!! This time will pass and the life will settle back in again. You're going to make it...you have to because you write really nice things on my posts!! LOL
I hope your days gets better soon.

hi lab...i was posting exactly the same as you a week ago. it was just before my monthly cicle aswell. i think there is definatly a pattern. i have been to see my doctor and i am monitoring it. but i think the main problem is i have just focused in on it now and see it as an issue every month. try and just think that it is just your anxieties and when it comes near to your period dont see it as a major problem. it scared me this last month. i am 36 and thought alsorts was happening but i went for a thorough medical and everything came back ok. ive done this twice. so therefor the answer is its my anxiety! i hope everything works out ok for you and just know that you are not alone with these feelings.
best wishes from the sufferer in the uk...anyone eles from here by the way?..
