Hi everyone.
My goal for today and all of tomorrow is to stay away from caffeine. I will let you know how it goes.
Does anyone else want to post a goal so that we have some accountability going on?

Hi everyone. I was successful with the last goal that I posted. Now my goal is to completely quit caffeine and to stay stopped. I can't even have a tiny bit, because then it creates the phenomenon of craving. I will post later on this week about my successes!!!

Well done! I have been working on not eating anything after dinner or past 8 pm. I sleep a lot better when I do this. Also, more water!
