Hi. I am just now getting back into connecting with others on this forum. I bought and did the program a long time ago and found it to be very helpful. I'm feeling a bit down lately, so I am thinking about doing the program again. Meanwhile, I would like to connect with others and read from the forum from other people's comments.
I have noticed lately that a big thing that helps for me, is to stay physically active. Exercising for me is huge. I don't feel like exercising when I am feeling depressed, but I need to push myself to do it anyways.
