I found alot of courage in those that come out and publicly state they have anxiety and it has been part of most of their lives. Stay strong to all!!

feels like people are staring at me and judging me, sometimes I don't even like to turn my head to look at them. I'm a male but I wish I could just turn into Barbara Eden from "I Dream of Jeanie" for that moment and just blink them away.
