Panic Attack vs Anxiety Attack

Post by relaxme37 » Thu Feb 12, 2015 12:47 pm

Hello,

Is there a difference between a panic attack and an anxiety attack? I have had been experiencing numbness and tingling in my face and my throat and have had extreme exhaustion where I feel like I cannot breathe. I suffered this 10 years ago and went through the program so I know it is back again. I need to purchase the program again as these symptoms are affecting my role as a mom, wife and friend.

Relax, I dont know if this is right but based on my personal experience a panic attack demands immediate attention,a fight or flight response. An anxiety attack seems to come on slow and "hang around" a while. But thats just my experience. Hope this helps? :D
