Twitching temporalis muscle and temple

Has anyone had this before? For two months My temple has been twitching along with various spots of my temporslis muscle. All on one side. It's freaking me out and no clue what's causing it. Blah. Anyone?

This is Coach Chris from the coaching team here at StressCenter. Do you hold a lot of stress/tension in your neck, shoulders, head? I know a lot of us do and massage, stretching, exercise, warm baths...all help.
Have you seen a physician regarding this? What are the fears and what are the facts?

Hi Chris. I haven't seen s doctor for this as of yet and I guess fears are a whole list from which I've gathered on Google. Two months seems long for this to be going on. Sometimes it's intense spasms which are affecting my quality of life.
