Stress Center Peer Support

Hello,
I am new to the program. My main issue is jealousy. My mind worries constantly about what if my husband is thinking about his ex when he picks up the kids, what if he decides I'm not good enough, what if he notices the new wrinkle on my face. My whole life I have never felt good enough. I have been jealous and suspicious in every relationship I've been in. I think everyone wants what I have..its a constant battle that affects every day I live. I just wish I could live a happy life!!! I wasn't sure if this is the program for me but Im willing to try anything!

Stop by the chat room and check out the forums,their a great source of information and support.Sessions 3&8 should be really helpful to you. Write in your journal often it really works,I know it did for me. Good luck...
