Hi, my name is Lora. I am pretty new to the program, and just starting to figure out the support forums. The CD's mentioned checking in with your support group every day, and I'm not sure how to get connected with that. Does anyone have some advice?

lora, first of all welcome to the program. you can check in daily to the forums to read the posts or add posts. the chat room is a good way to connect with peers or you can pm (personal message) other members. if your schedule allows I suggest the chat room on fridays between 12 and 1 pm est. and on mondays 10 to 11 pm est. thats the most active time but their could be someone there any time. im glad your here and hope to catch up with you in the chat room and look forward to your posts.
