Hi all,

For some reason, I am scared to death of going to my gyn apt on weds. I am 31 years old and have been going to my apts since I was 21. I have this fear in my head that I will have a panice attack while I am here, which I know is all in my head, but how do I calm my nervous before I go? I am afraid that I will get there and just want to run away. I hate feeling like this. I know its no big deal to go to the Apt, but I have this phobia that I will loss my mind during the apt and embarras myself....I just want this to all go away. Any feed back would help! Thank you all and Happy Easter ;)

If you have the program, I would suggest listening to the relaxation CD right before you go in.

Keep reminding yourself that you've gone through these appointments before and have always been fine and you will be fine this time!

Also, maybe bring a book or something to distract yourself with while you're waiting.
