Hey Steven,

Thanks for that post. It was short and very to the point. And very helpful!! I'm with DeeDee--I want to check out more of his videos. He boils the process we need to get better down to the essence.

Appreciate you sharing with the rest of us.

Great stuff as always Steven. It's always cool to see slightly different angles on familiar concepts. I like his approach of only initially writing down the emotion and trigger, and then working out the rest later. I always struggled with trying to write EVERYTHING down back when I first started doing this, which made me give up on it. Thanks for sharing!!

good stuff thanks for posting it. As I was watching I noticed his concepts are almost identical to Dr Lynn Clark and his book
SOS Help For Emotions. Which tells me
these guys are on to something haha.
