Hi everyone,

Can anyone relate to having mpd. It is a very challenging position to be in. I have accepted the diagnosis which I received about 10 years ago, but it has been a hard road. I have a few people inside, and it is a challenge sometime trying to keep them in check.

I feel like I'm taking a big risk by sharing this, but I did anyway. I hope people aren't freaked, because I'm really a nice person, and if you met me, you wouldn't even suspect. Hope to make contacts here.

sometimes it helps to share yourself with others,it always helps my anxiety.check out the forums and stop by the chat room.lots of luck.
