First week of Combatting Stress and Depression Program

Post by leann2014 » Tue Feb 04, 2014 9:28 am

I'm curious what others have experienced the first week of this program? Do you feel like you are going nuts?

I am also in my first week. My 'last straw' was an event over the weekend. I see this as a long road...hopefully not too long...

Do you feel a lot worse than before you started the program?

I let the program sit in it's box for the first week or two. So your doing better than I did.

I am doing a lot better. I'm driving and going to the movies, shopping, and keeping myself busy inside... on these snow days. I'm on disc 3 now, Selftalk. Learning to turn my negatives into positives.

hi this is my first week, am very anxious I want this to work and get off medicine that I was perscribed two months ago Remeron 15mg. Hopefully moving forward this will help to feel less anxious. I so want to move to lesson 2 before the first week is even up. Has anyone done that?

Hi cmullin. Sure, you can move on to lesson 2 the first week. After that I would spend at least a week on each session. There is so much to learn! Going through this Program is a process. Make it part of your life and embrace it each day. You will learn so many things about yourself, and you don't want to rush through it and miss anything :) The StressCenter.com has a Coaching Program to help you along the way if you need us. If you want to send me a message, I welcome any questions. janinemws@ayahoo.com
Work hard, and you will see the changes in your life.
