Does anyone else have debilitating weakness

hello mary b. i have the same symptoms only i dont take meds.i have general anxiety and it usually starts every morning on my way to work. my symptoms usually last all day at some level. the worst is the nervousness. it feels like im shaking uncontrollably inside.even around people ive known all my life.i think thats what causes most of my fatigue. i guess it takes more energy to be anxious than to be calm and relaxed. randy c.
