Is the Newest Program the same as the older ones?

Hi I have an older program and was going to go through the program again. I was curious if the new program is different from the old one. Like do they talk about different things etc? thanks

hey you might want to write to Ninjafrodo2. he wrote a post today, OCT 23, that he wants to start a group on here on going through the program again together. he said he ordered the program back in 2004 i believe, so he would prob know what the old program was like. i ordered the program in 2009 and i got a bunch of cds and some dvds and workbooks and flashcards, as well as a relaxation CD. also, you may want to just call StressCenter and ask them if there is any difference.
