I don't wanna go crazy

I always have to repeat things on my head so that I can get better like I have to have the same thought so I can feel good.. I feel lost if I don't remember it. I always have to remind myself the symptoms of schizophrenia so I won't go crazy if that sounds right... I get scared I might go crazy. I have like a pressure in my head like its always there its like pressure idk how to explain it.. Idk what to do I always have to repeat things in my head so I won't think i'm crazy.. I always seem to forget things and that scares me too! What should I do?
