I've been eating lots of Bananas lately. Bananas, Almonds, Almond milk and oranges. I read that these foods lower anxiety. Try em' out.

Yes, foods can help anxiety, to be sure. Staying properly hydrated is important too.

What is key for me is daily meditation, walking, and gentle yoga.

yes, I like yoga. I'm trying to balance it in my schedule with Krav Maga although Martial Arts and weightlifting tend to tense me up.

Am not familiar with Krav Maga. Martial Arts turns into Tai Chi, nice and relaxing. Weights can be OK if they are not too heavy.

Was in a weights circuit class where the leader said that free weights are about as good as anything. Believe that is true.
