My husband and I have been using e-cigs since January. He has not smoked at all. I have attempted but really just do not want a regular cigarette anymore. I have my taste and smell back and feel so much better. Studies have been done comparing the cigarette and the e-cig. By far the e-cig is much safer. The best scenario would be to quit completely but I have attempted that many times without success. This has been a great alternative for us. The FDA is fighting to regulate them. My opinion is so they can get there tax $. Hope they loose.
