I can't believe that two years ago I couldnt leave my house, everything and everyone terrified me!

Over the past two years I've been slowly recovering but since getting on the program a month ago I already have my "me" back. Its unbelievable how normal everything is, I still don't really like shopping malls but can deal with them fine when I have too. Im sure in another month ill look forward to shopping like I used to.

Onwards and upwards everyone x

We are a mixed group, I'd say, who come and go as our needs and inclinations arise and as our time permits. I get all excited when people report good results, as you are doing.

For some people a one time go around with the program works, sometimes for years. Then things may change and some return. I take no chances and devote time every day to try and stay where I want to be.
