Stress Center Peer Support

When I need to write or sign my name in front of other people my hands often shake badly. There have been numerous instances where my writing is barely legible. My signature also doesnt look like it normally does when I sign items at home. Obviously this is embarrasing and I am not really sure why I have this problem. I can be calm but the moment I need to write my name with someone else around my hands start shaking. Has anyone else experienced this before? If so how did you overcome this?

I occasionally experienced it after driving. It happened yesterday when I drove up a steep highway mountain without Xanax (my choice). When I took some notes in the car, my hand shook some, but I was OK shortly after that.

Last year, it happened when I was driving over a bridge with Xanax and it doesn't happen that way anymore, so I have improved.
