Stress Center Peer Support

Hey stresscenter peers! I'm not new here, but i couldn't remember my old login info, so got a new one. I have been doing really well as far as my anxiety, and those hidious body symptoms, until here recently! So it took me awhile, but I finally got back on my antidepressants after a year and a hlf without being on them. So I'll be checkin back on here from time 2 time for the wonderful encouragment that I had always got 4rm this forum, that sooo helped me in the past! I admit I hav been stresing ovr alot of different things lately, I jus need 2 get back on that positive path!
