Stress Center Peer Support

I have this feeling in the back of my head on the left side that is a pinching feeling and it travels all the way up to my left eye and above my ear and it makes me feel really light headed and off balance and I am afraid it is something in my head! I am also afraid it will make me pass out. Does anyone ever feel this and or know what it could be?? ANy advise would be great! Thank you

It sounds like you might have a pinched nerve or a possible migraine coming on. Not sure if this helps.

I definitely would not get worked up over this. I've had a LOT of balance issues over the years. I had a pinched nerve in my back and had dizzy spells...I went to a specialist who told me there are all sorts of benign things that can give you such symptoms. He told me of a patient who would pass out every time she tilted her head back - literally fall over and black out. It was all due to a pinched nerve. Pinched nerves can do that! And I bet a million dollars you have a nerve issue that will either resolve on it's own or respond to treatment. Good luck and don't stress over it!
