Stress Center Peer Support

Does anyone have a high pulse when just sitting/resting? Mine is always close to 100.. so around 94ish? Does anyone know if this will lower once I get my anxiety under control. A normal pulse is between 60-100.. so it worries me that I'm in the high end.

I had that and it used to scare me so bad i wdnt excercise. It was just another anxiety THING.Once it dident scare me anymore it went away.
