Does anyone else experience night sweats as part of their anxiety and stress?

Medications can cause it. Eating late in the evening before bed, will cause it. Lung cancer has such symptoms, strees can also do unimaginable things to our bodies if left unmanaged. Also to many blankets, hehe

Anything ring a bell for what may be contributing?

I had night sweat for awhile. I am not sure why but they were very scary for me. I got a full check up and everything was normal so I assumed it was all mental and once I decided it was all in my head tit stopped happening. I hope this helps you.

I am sorry that I cannot help you out. I have never had the night sweats.
I hear that some people have sweaty palms associated with anxiety, and
I have never had that either.

I've wondered that myself. I get them to. I try to wear all cotton to bed and not put too many covers on...to try to help things.

I used to get night sweats all the time, and wake up in all this cold sweat stickiness. Night sweats can come form just being anxious in your sleep- your body is still on high alert. Your temperature must be rising too, your body is trying to cool you down. Try the relaxation tape every night before bed. :)
