Does anyone else have this problem?

I have been having this weird feeling in my head, and the best way I can explain it is it feels like there is a zapping or small electric shock going through my brain. It is the weirdest feeling and I was wondering if anyone has/had this problem. I am on Zoloft and I swear I have read somewhere that this may be a side effect from this med. I have been on it for 5 years and I have just recently started having this feeling. I also was diganosed with Labrynthitis (spelling

), an inner ear problem, back in March. I also have been lightheaded and just generally feeling blah the last few months and without health insurance I don't want to run to the doctor or hospital if it isn't something to worry about. Anyone's insight or response would be greatly appreciated.

So I came up with another way to describe this feeling I am getting in my head. It's like a vibration or buzzing that seems to go throughout my brian. More like a vibration than buzzing. Anyway I just wanted to get someone's opinion or input on this.

I think my issue is sinuses more than anxiety, however, for the first time ever I was laying i bed last night and felt a tingling at the top of my head.
I was with my chiropractor yesterday and mentioned it, he felt it could be sinuses or stress.
I right away thought I was having a stroke. I am prone to sinus headaches, at least I assume that is what they are since Advil Cold & Sinus always relieve them, but, it has been weird.
Last night my head felt more congested, though I still had the headache. With all the stress I have been under it could have been anxiety, stress, sinuses, who knows, I just know I did not, do not like the feeling...like a vibration or buzzing, yes, that is how I would describe it.
Last few months dealing with issues I have found many new ways to break down and figure out another thing that could be wrong with me......horrible, but, I am dealing.
Hope you feel better.

I took zoloft for seven years and never experienced the brain zaps that you have described but I have read that this is something people experince sometimes when they go off the zoloft.
