Remember, if it gets stressful, step back, use the breathing technique....in 1001 1002 1003 1004 and out 1001 1002 1003 1004 and do that a few times, it will help you to relax. I know, I've already done it several times this past week. Stay safe everyone and enjoy!

Admitted 4 new real people over the past 2 days and refused 227 spammers, it gets really interesting at times especially the userid's. Yes Santa really did try to get in...from a China spammer site, sorry Santa had to refuse that one.

All in all it was a good holiday for me. Saw my sister whom I hadn't seen in almost 6 years and got to meet the youngest member of the family, Julie for the first time. She's now 5 years old so you can imagine what Christmas morning was like. lol I think I slept the night before but she was up half of it waiting for Santa to arrive. Ah to be young again. I hope all of you are having a good week. Remember anxiety can be beat, just don't acknowledge it and it will go away.

I ditto Mano! Thanks for telling us about your Christmas Eve! Mine was a good one as well, I kept it simple. I bought gift cards and now that kids are grown I don't have Santa fill stockings and my decor is less for now. Maybe another year I'll do more of what I use to. I definitely am enjoying the fact that I have less mess or things to put away, so the New Year will be I hope less stress! Yippee! Paisleegreen
