Soda pop = depresent

So recently I finally got off my soda kick that was really a staple in my life and not even a week later my headaches have ceased and that feeling of just tightness has stopped. I have to say that after all the other steps my progress was pretty slow as it should be we all know something worth doing takes time and effort. This phase however has done wonders for me, I also walk/run on the tredmill a lot for at least 45mins if not 3 miles every night if possible. I do know though that I still felt bad till the pop was cut out so for any of you that have that headache every day and the tightness through your whole body where you cant breath.... cut the pop

This is excellent advice. In fact, there are 3 taste seducers that the manufacturers load into prepared food: sugar (the pop), salt, fat. White flour doesn't do much for us either. I'm a big soup junkie. May use a can as foundation but then add other vegetables, etc. to much improve it. Am also a big fan of the treadmill. Put on music and off I go usually for about a half hour, not every day but most days.

And a bottle of water or caffeine free tea keeps us well hydrated. Thank you for your reminder.
